Resolv Global in Mexico is seeking a Bilingual Patient Services Representative to join a growing healthcare support team in a fully remote role based in Mexico. You will handle inbound patient calls and proactive outbound outreach, assisting with appointments, follow-ups and general nonclinical questions with professionalism and care.

Requirements include fluent English and Spanish, experience in healthcare scheduling or patient services, and the ability to work from a quiet home office.

Formación

• Fluent/professional English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a structured environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Ability to follow scripts, SOPs, workflows and documentation standards.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound patient calls, messages and appointment requests.
• Schedule, reschedule, confirm and cancel appointments.
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups and outreach campaigns.
• Route clinical questions to licensed staff as needed.
• Support insurance verification and prior-authorization workflows.
