Dandy in Mexico is seeking a Customer Experience - Dental Lab Technician to support clinicians, review case designs, and provide live technical help in Spanish and English. This remote role centers on coordinating with doctors and lab teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years as a dental technician, CAD/CAM experience, and a strong grasp of digital workflows to translate clinical feedback into actionable production changes.

Formación

• Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Minimum 3+ years in a dental technician role.
• Deep understanding of digital dental workflows and implant systems.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with doctors in real-time to review and refine case designs.
• Provide live clinical support via phone, chat, and video in Spanish.
• Serve as a local expert for doctors in Mexico, aligning guidance with local practices.
• Translate clinical feedback into production outcomes with the lab teams.
