Resolv Global is hiring bilingual Patient Services Representatives for a fully remote role based in Mexico. You will support patients and healthcare providers through inbound calls and proactive outreach, help with appointments, follow-ups, and nonclinical inquiries, while maintaining accuracy and care.

This English/Spanish role requires a quiet home workspace, high‑speed internet, USB headset, and adherence to scripts and timelines.

Formación

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in healthcare or scheduling.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Experience handling inbound/outbound calls in a structured environment.
• Attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Ability to follow scripts, SOPs, and workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound patient calls, messages, and appointment requests.
• Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and cancel appointments per provider workflows.
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups and outreach campaigns.
• Document calls and outcomes accurately in EMR and other systems.
• Escalate clinical questions to licensed staff per SOPs.
