Redwood Logistics in Querétaro, Mexico is seeking a Client Logistics Coordinator to support managed services. The role starts with learning transportation operations and gradually handles load building, planning, scheduling, and customer communications.

You will learn our systems, support carrier relationships, and assist teams to maintain service levels. Responsibilities include data entry, shipment tracking, issue resolution, and proactive updates.

Formación

• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication, both oral and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• 1–2 years of business experience in a bilingual environment.
• Logistics experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic reporting using MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Learn and understand transportation and logistics industry and market factors.
• Learn our transportation management systems and processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service in every interaction.
• Oversee daily operations for key customer accounts: data entry, load planning, shipment tracking, issue management.
• Manage carrier and customer relationships with Account Management and Freight teams.
• Investigate issues and provide solutions for delays, missed pickups/deliveries, damages.
• Proactively communicate updates to customers and internal teams.
• Answer phone calls promptly.
• Learn system tricks to minimize administrative work.
