Redwood Logistics in Querétaro, MX is seeking a Client Logistics Coordinator to manage daily operations for key customer accounts within Managed Services. You will learn LTL, Truckload and Intermodal planning, build loads, schedule appointments, and handle customer inquiries by email and phone.

The role emphasizes bilingual English/Spanish communication, rapid learning, and teamwork in a fast-paced logistics environment. Flexible scheduling follows initial training.

Formación

• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• 1–2 years of business experience in a bi-lingual environment.

Responsabilidades

• Load building and load planning for customer accounts.
• Schedule appointments, receive orders, and respond to requests by email and phone.
• Support day-to-day operations including shipment tracking and issue resolution.
• Learn transportation management systems and internal processes.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Freight Audit & Pay teams.
