Integon, a division of The Allstate Corporation, is seeking a bilingual Customer Support representative in Mexico. You will guide callers to the correct party, explain the basic claims process, and handle routine clerical tasks with care and empathy.

The role focuses on delivering valued support to clients, routing inquiries efficiently, and maintaining strong customer interactions across English and Spanish channels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Call Center experience (Preferred).
• Insurance industry knowledge (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Guides callers to the appropriate party based on need and policy or claim.
• Provides overview of basic claims process to customers.
• Receives, screens, and routes calls and electronic correspondence.
• Obtains and provides necessary file information to comply with standards.
• Follows guidelines for each claim to ensure clear documentation.
• Assists scheduling auto/property inspections and rental car as needed.
• Remains empathetic and engaged during interactions.
