Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Call center experience is preferred.
• Insurance industry knowledge is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Handle calls and inquiries from customers and agents with professionalism.
• Identify policy details, resolve questions, and propose the best solution.
• Record call details, process policy changes, and assist with billing questions.
• Manage multiple systems while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Support health policy requests, cancellations, and profile updates.
