Job summary

Integon, a division in Mexico of one of the largest U.S. insurers, seeks a customer support specialist to guide callers to the right policy or claim and perform basic clerical duties.

You will be the friendly voice our clients rely on, ensuring they feel valued and understood while handling calls, emails, and scheduling tasks. This on-site role offers training with full pay, a comprehensive benefits package, and a supportive team in a bilingual English/Spanish environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Insurance industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide callers to the appropriate party or policy.
• Provide overview of basic claims process and general information.
• Receive, screen, and route calls and electronic messages.
• Obtain and provide necessary file information to comply with standards.
• Follow guidelines for each claim or inquiry with accurate documentation.
• Assist customers with scheduling inspections or rental car as needed.
• Stay empathetic and engaged during interactions.
• Use system prompts and knowledge to set expectations for next steps.
