Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from customers and agents and resolve them to protect the policyholder.
• Answer incoming calls and address questions about existing policies.
• Record call details, process policy changes, and handle billing questions.
• Identify risks and gather underwriting information as needed.
• Provide excellent service and resolve conflicts with empathy.
