Job summary

Integon, a Mexican division of Allstate, is seeking a Loss Drafts Associate III in Tijuana, Baja California. You will handle loss drafts, review documents, and guide claim progress with bilingual skills to support borrowers and contractors.

You will work with multiple systems, validate files, and follow procedures while delivering timely, professional service and ensuring accurate disbursement of claim funds. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Advanced English and Spanish (fully bilingual).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask while navigating multiple systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures.

Responsibilities

• Responds to written and verbal customer requests, inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Validates documents pertaining to claim
• Orders and reviews inspection results
• Requests claim funds when applicable
• Follows standard procedural guidelines for performing tasks
• Assists with cross training inbound representatives on borrower follow up queue
• Updates records and note system
• Backs up as needed to meet client requirements and SLAs
• Verifies claim check deposits
• Processes draws/draw approvals and payee header requests for claims
