Integon Services Co is seeking a Customer Service Associate III to handle moderate to complex inquiries, addressing billing, policies, and claims. This role requires bilingual English/Spanish and strong communication across multiple systems.

The position is on-site with eligibility for work-from-home after 4 months, contingent on performance. Training and benefits are provided, plus opportunities to grow in insurance servicing.

Qualifications

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask across multiple systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures.
• Minimum 1 year of call center experience.
• Nice to have: experience in claims, customer service, or call center environments.
• Prior exposure to insurance processes or terminology.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with customers and gather details to file FNOL claims.
• Provide clear explanations of the claims process and next steps.
• Receive, screen, and route incoming calls and electronic correspondence.
• Communicate with customers and third parties to obtain or provide claim information.
• Document customer interactions following guidelines.
• Assist with scheduling inspections and arranging rental cars when needed.
• Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism in every conversation.
• Use online systems and prompts to guide callers and set expectations.
