Job summary

TTI, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Group (BDG) Sales Specialist in Guadalajara, Mexico. This role coordinates price and delivery quotes to customers via telephone, Internet, e-mail; proficient English and Spanish communication is required for this role.

What our BDG Sales Specialist do: manage a portfolio of limited-volume accounts, provide quotes on time, work with product managers and manufacturers representatives, and ensure accurate quotes with clear follow‑up to drive closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1 to 3 years of customer service/sales support experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is required with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish.
• Proficient knowledge of company products and services; strong communication skills in both languages.

Responsibilities

• Manages a portfolio of customers in limited manufacturing environments and qualifies customers.
• Provides price and delivery quotes within the customer’s timeline by coordinating with product manager.
• Sells products and services offered by TTI, building relationships and tailoring the sales approach to customer needs.
• Follows up on pending items to complete quotes, orders, or other requests and escalates when needed.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to grow relationships and ensure alignment on action items.
