Job summary

Responsibilities

• Contact incoming leads quickly via phone, text, email or other channels.
• Convert inbound leads into confirmed appointments for salon/beauty services.
• Follow up consistently to boost response rates and conversions.
• Understand prospect needs and communicate service value effectively.
• Handle objections and move prospects toward booking.
• Upsell services when appropriate and identify revenue opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and scheduling system.
