This full-time remote role requires strong customer service skills and proficiency in EMR systems. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing a high volume of calls. You will work a rotating schedule with weekends off.

Formación

• Fluent in English & Spanish (verbal and written).
• Professional phone presence and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle high volume of calls daily.

Responsabilidades

• Manage physicians' calendars and schedule appointments.
• Confirm and book patient appointments via phone, email, or text.
• Collect patient information in EMR/CRM systems.
