• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in logistics or related field.
• 3–7 years of B2B account management or logistics experience.
• Experience with Mexican customs and international trade regulations preferred.

• Grow and maintain house accounts in collaboration with Business Development.
• Schedule 3–4 in-person customer visits annually; more as needed.
• Coordinate cross-department with CSD, Operations, and Finance to ensure service excellence.
• Serve as primary liaison between customers and internal teams; manage escalations.
