Job summary

Reuters is seeking a BDR Manager to lead a high-energy team in a hybrid Mexico City setting. You will coach, develop, and drive performance while ensuring accurate activity logging in Salesforce.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement to hit ambitious revenue targets and foster a culture of continuous learning. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, proven team leadership in tech or SaaS, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven experience managing and developing sales or business development teams in tech or SaaS.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of BDRs to achieve targets.
• Set expectations for daily activity metrics and accountability.
• Oversee logging of activities in Salesforce and pipeline data.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement to maximize revenue.
• Coach on performance under pressure and drive continuous learning.
• Analyze team metrics to identify improvements and action plans.
