Job summary

Critical Manufacturing is seeking a motivated Junior Business Development Representative to start a career in sales and business development. You will be the first contact with potential clients and will work with the Sales team to identify prospects, qualify leads, and grow the sales pipeline.

Daily tasks include prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels, lead qualification, CRM data entry, scheduling meetings, and timely follow-up.

Qualifications

• Advanced English (spoken and written) for calls, emails, and meetings.
• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Business, International Relations, or a related field
• Availability to work with objectives and KPIs

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities.
• Identify prospects, qualify leads, and contribute to the growth of the sales pipeline.
• Outreach to prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, or other channels.
• Lead qualification based on predefined criteria.
• Accurate data entry and updates in the CRM.
• Scheduling meetings for the sales team and timely follow-up with contacted prospects.
• Reporting daily and weekly activities and results.
