Qualifications

• 1–3 years in outbound BDR/SDR or business development with a record of meeting or pipeline targets.
• Ability to write clear, specific outreach and communicate with senior buyers.
• Curiosity about specialty finance and the lending/financing ecosystem.
• Self-driven, disciplined outbound activity with strong CRM hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify pipeline for sales team.
• Research specialty finance lenders and capital providers that fit ICP.
• Build target account lists across consumer, commercial, and capital markets.
• Identify decision makers and map buying groups for outreach.
• Book qualified meetings for the sales team with clear context.
• Maintain monthly meeting targets and contribute to the pipeline.
