WorldStrides, a global leader in educational travel, seeks a Business Development Representative to generate new opportunities through high-volume outbound calls and emails to schools and teachers across the U.S.

You will qualify leads, meet monthly targets, and collaborate with the Sales team to hand off high-quality opportunities for closing. Expect a goal-driven, commission-based environment with strong activity and persistence.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Advanced English level (85%+).
• Six months+ experience in sales/lead creation/lead qualifying; telephone sales preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM and basic office tools.
• Strong data entry and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Make calls and leave messages for teachers nationwide using talk tracks.
• Send follow-up emails and coordinate outreach activities.
• Participate in special projects and periodic competitive calls.
• Research schools to identify prospects and maintain the database; create templates and updates.
