Citi Chilpancingo is seeking an entry-level Teller to support daily branch activities and deliver high-quality client service through accurate cash handling, deposits, and transactions.

You will identify referral opportunities, educate clients on digital tools, follow policies and regulatory controls, and work with the team to resolve client issues while maintaining knowledge of accounts and Citi products.

Formación

• Previous relevant experience preferred.
• Demonstrated sales and customer service experience.
• Money handling experience.
• Effective problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team oriented environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for Citi clients with friendly, efficient customer service.
• Perform banking transactions including managing cash, deposits, and vault cash.
• Identify referral opportunities for new products and services based on client goals.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service options offered by Citi.
• Adhere to bank policies, controls, and regulatory procedures.
• Ensure client needs are met and manage issues, escalating when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of client accounts and Citi products.
