Visa, a world leader in payments technology, is seeking a Sr Manager – Commercial Solutions Lead (Sales) for Mexico to accelerate B2B payments adoption. You will partner with Client Financial Institutions, Acquirers, Fintechs and major corporations to expand Visa's commercial solutions in Small Business and Large/Middle Market segments.

The role requires building country strategies, identifying opportunities, leading cross-functional initiatives, and presenting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field. MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in payments, financial services, fintech, consulting, corporate banking, treasury, commercial cards, B2B payments, or related industries.

Responsabilités

• Establish, develop and manage the relationship between Visa and VCS Clients & Prospects, setting direction, and implementation of country VCS strategies to achieve business targets.
• Conduct competitive assessments to identify needs, gaps and commercial opportunities.
• Identify key industry trends and develop sales action plans, enabling and delivering content and education to support internal and external clients and spread the B2B innovation narrative for the segment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to execute on deliverables.
