Visa is seeking the Head of Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) for Mexico to lead the market strategy, drive commercial performance, and oversee a multidisciplinary team delivering high-impact consulting and analytics engagements. The role partners with Country Management and regional leadership to identify growth opportunities and enhance client value.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years in leadership roles within consulting or financial services, strong P&L experience, and bilingual

Competenze

At least 15+ years of progressive leadership in management consulting, financial services, or related fields.
Proven experience leading large-scale consulting, analytics, or advisory teams.
Demonstrated P&L accountability and sustained revenue growth.

Define and execute the strategic vision and growth agenda for VCA Mexico.
Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Build and strengthen executive-level client relationships across financial services, merchants, and public sector.
Drive delivery excellence and scalable analytics capabilities across the organization.
