Capital One in Mexico City seeks a Senior Manager of Business Development for the Global Payments Network to accelerate acceptance growth. You will lead direct merchant acquisition and manage end-to-end commercial agreements with enterprise merchants across target verticals.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate deal approvals, structure compelling business cases, and drive transaction volume and network revenue goals in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience in payments industry sales and business development.
• Ability to structure complex commercial deals and negotiations.
• Proven track record in driving enterprise merchant acquisition.

Responsabilidades

• Identify leads and negotiate enterprise agreements with Mexico merchants.
• Develop proposals, respond to RFPs, and close deals to maximize network acceptance.
• Collaborate with pricing, legal, risk, AML, and internal partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to drive volume and revenue.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
