Capital One in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Manager of Business Development to drive growth in the Global Payments Network. You will lead direct merchant acquisition, structure complex commercial cases, and close end-to-end deals with high-value enterprise merchants across target verticals in Mexico.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure deal approvals, ensure seamless integration, and contribute to transaction volume and network revenue goals, while traveling up to 50%

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• At least 8 years of experience in payments industry sales, business development, relationship management, strategy, operations, project management, or finance.
• Intermediate - Advanced English fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Identify leads, develop proposals, respond to RFPs, and negotiate agreements directly with Mexico merchants to maximize network acceptance.
• Strategically identify and create innovative business cases to win new merchant acceptance deals with key internal stakeholder buy-in.
• Collaborate with internal teams and gather feedback to identify, develop, and implement new sales opportunities.
• Develop strong relationships to maintain and grow account relationships to meet volume and revenue goals.
• Participate in industry exhibitions and conferences.
