Banpay is seeking a Merchant Solutions Coordinator in Mexico City to drive end-to-end initiatives across payments, acquiring and money movement, turning complex business challenges into structured, scalable programs. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with external partners and Technology on integrations, testing and UAT, and communicate recommendations in English for multi-region operations.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional experience.
• 4+ years in payments, fintech, financial products, merchant services, acquiring or digital financial services.
• 3+ years leading complex initiatives end-to-end.
• Experience working with external partners and senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience working with Technology / Engineering teams and understanding APIs, integrations, requirements, UAT and Agile environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and business definition to launch and performance monitoring.
• Translate business priorities into clear requirements, execution plans and deliverables.
• Develop business cases, pricing analyses and unit economics.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Work closely with Technology on integrations, requirements, testing and UAT.
• Identify dependencies, risks and opportunities, and drive solutions.
• Prepare recommendations and decision materials for senior leadership.
