SAP Mexico Next Gen is seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst to join the Value Delivery Hub in a full-time capacity. You will track customer data, process orders, and reconcile billing records to ensure accurate and timely billing.

You will also manage support tickets, coordinate tax certificates, and guide customers through supplier registration, working closely with sales and finance to resolve real business issues and drive efficient operations.

Competenze

• Experience in customer service or business operations
• Fluency in English
• Background in finance or business administration helpful
• Proficiency with SAP systems preferred
