Job summary

JD Power is seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst to support Revenue Operations from a remote setting in Mexico. You will help ensure data integrity, support sales and customer success processes, and drive process improvements across cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and IT.

The role requires 2-5 years of commercial operations experience, English proficiency, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of commercial operations experience
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• English proficiency required to communicate with global colleagues and partners

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration of Salesforce and related systems.
• Assist with account hierarchy maintenance.
• Support forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting activities.
• Help monitor adherence to commercial processes and governance standards.
• Support KPI tracking across Sales, Customer Success, and Commercial Operations teams.
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for new system enhancements.
• Support system implementations and process improvement projects.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and IT to resolve operational issues.
• Maintain business documentation and repositories.
• Provide project coordination support in meetings.
