BeOne is seeking an O2C Analyst in Mexico City Hybrid to support end-to-end Order to Cash processes and ensure accurate invoicing, accounts receivable, and collections. The role collaborates with Commercial, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and external providers to maintain controls, standardize procedures, and SAP-driven data integrity.

Fluent English is required, and candidates should have at least 4 years in O2C within pharma/biotech or related industries.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ relevant O2C or accounts receivable experience.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices, credit notes, and related documentation.
• Execute daily Order to Cash activities and ensure timely processing.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and support collections activities.
• Perform cash application and reconcile customer accounts.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate across internal teams.
• Maintain customer master data in SAP and other systems.
• Support month-end closing related to AR, revenue, and billing.
• Identify opportunities to improve O2C processes.
