Job summary

SAP Mexico Next Gen is seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst to join the Value Delivery Hub in a full-time capacity. You will track customer data, process orders, and reconcile billing records to ensure accurate and timely billing.

You will also manage support tickets, coordinate tax certificates, and guide customers through supplier registration, working closely with sales and finance to resolve real business issues and drive efficient operations.

Build It You will track customer data, process orders, and reconcile billing records. You will manage support tickets, coordinate tax certificates, and guide customers through supplier registration. Your attention to detail reduces errors and helps customers move forward without delays.

Belong This team connects SAP's commercial and operations work in Mexico. You will partner with sales and finance colleagues on real, tangible problems every day. The role gives you broad exposure across the business and room to grow your expertise.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within an industrial or B2B environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SAP systems preferred.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and tools used in the industry.
