Amazon is seeking an Area Shift Manager to lead a frontline team onsite at our Mérida operation. You’ll manage shifts, promote safety, and drive productivity in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will analyze performance metrics, implement improvements, and collaborate with managers to standardize processes. Strong leadership and Excel data skills are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• 2+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
• Knowledge of advanced Excel features will support data analysis and reporting.
• Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays as required by shift patterns.
