Job summary

Amazon Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a Delivery Station Manager to lead a +20 hourly team, overseeing safety, quality, productivity, and on-time customer delivery.

You will collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to develop plans meeting business objectives, manage shifts, overtime, and station metrics. The role involves lifting up to 49 pounds and exposure to varied temperatures and noise.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• 2+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
• Speak, read, and write fluently in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Create balance between work and fun with associates under scope.
• Internal audits execution to ensure business goals.
• Support process improvement activities for inefficiencies and new functions.
• Assist in development, documentation, deployment and monitoring of key business processes in AMZL Mexico.
• Monitor KPIs of operations within the delivery station and develop workflows and metrics for improvements.
• Promote organizational change.
• Measure drivers' performance and customer experience; map processes and develop new ones to reduce costs.
