Job summary

Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. De R.L. De C.V. seeks a Delivery Station Manager to oversee a +20 hourly team, safety metrics, attrition, payroll, shifts, vacations and the AMZL OPS metrics; delivery efficiency and cost control will be key concerns.

The role focuses on inventory control, quality assurance, and capacity activities inside the warehouse to support on-time customer delivery and cost optimization, in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Can push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Create balance between hard work and fun with associates under scope.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure team achieves business goals.
• Support process improvement activities for inefficiencies and new functions.
• Assist in development, documentation, deployment and monitoring of key business processes for AMZL Mexico.
• Monitor KPIs of operations within the delivery station and develop workflow to achieve year-over-year improvements.
• Promote organizational change and drive cost reduction initiatives.
• Measure drivers’ performance, discipline and customer experience; map processes and implement changes.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises; collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA, HR to meet objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 12 hours; work in variable temperatures and environments.
