Arrow Electronics in Guadalajara, Mexico, is seeking a Collections / Accounts Receivable Associate to manage payment collection and negotiate payment plans with customers. You will work with sales teams across the United States, Canada, and international partners to review order releases and resolve outstanding balances while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience, strong negotiation skills, and excellent communication in English.

Formación

• 1-2 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable.
• Strong negotiating abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Take inbound and outbound calls to collect payment from customers and negotiate payment plans.
• Identify reasons for non-payment and follow up on disputes already researched to collect balances.
• Take actions on accounts such as credit holds, collections placement, and order holds as needed.
• Collaborate with sales teams across regions to review order releases and customer master files.
