RS Group is seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) Collections Analyst in Monterrey to manage and oversee the collection of outstanding accounts receivable. The role requires sharp analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-volume transactions.

Responsibilities include contacting customers, negotiating plans, updating records, and resolving billing discrepancies while supporting AR policies and process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• 3–4 years of Collections experience.
• Advanced English communication.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
• Strong order-to-cash understanding.
• Attention to accuracy and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Contact key customers to collect outstanding payments.
• Negotiate payment plans with delinquent accounts.
• Maintain accurate AR records and systems.
• Review aging reports to identify overdue accounts.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with the billing team.
• Prepare and send monthly statements to key clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Monitor payment arrangements and follow up on broken promises.
• Assist in AR policy development and process improvements.
