Arrow Electronics, Inc. in Guadalajara is seeking a Customer Support Associate I to support order management for light manufacturing orders and ensure timely service to customers.

You will assist the Sales team with quote-to-order activities, process orders, and manage post-order activities, including RMA and expedites. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office / 2 days from home) and growth opportunities.

Formación

• 1+ year of related experience.
• ERP systems familiarity.
• Familiar with Quoting, RMA and Expedited processes.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert customer service and sales support to the Inside Sales Team and customers.
• Assist Sales with quote-to-order activities and order entry.
• Process end-to-end orders including post-order to invoice and backlog management.
• Expedite factory purchase orders to meet open order demands.
• Support RMA, CAR and other post-delivery issues with teams.
