Arrow Electronics in Mexico (Guadalajara area) seeks a Customer Support Associate II to deliver expert internal and external customer service and sales support, driving the Order to Invoice lifecycle and contract pricing implementation.

The role requires 2–3 years of customer service, strong Excel skills, fluent English, and Oracle/ERP experience, with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities in a global tech company.

Formación

2–3 years of customer service experience.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Ability to communicate fluently in English.
Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

Provide expert internal and external customer service and sales support to the Inside Sales Team and customer engagements.
Manage Order to Invoice process including order entry, pricing system maintenance, and contract pricing.
Support quotes and coordination of documentation with Quote Center.
Handle RMA, SNCR, and related order changes; monitor expediting and reports.
Assist with contract renewals and post-delivery issue resolution.
