Arrow Electronics, Inc. in Guadalajara is seeking a Sr Customer Support Associate to coordinate service centre communications and manage orders in ERP, ensuring timely deliveries and price accuracy.

You will contact customers daily, handle exceptions, and generate regular reports on supply status. The role requires a 4-year degree, 3–5 years in electronics/manufacturing, ERP experience (Oracle/SAP), advanced Excel, and fluent English; the position is hybrid, with three days in office and two

Responsabilidades

• Act as communication coordinator from the Service Centre towards assigned customers.
• Manage both EDI and manual customer order entry.
• Manage customer backlog and related deliveries, including communication with the customer.
• Communicate with Asset and Supply Chain Planner on daily supply status.
• Ensure export rule compliance for controlled products and licenses.
• Take accountability for delivery, and resolve shipping and price discrepancies.
• Handle customer returns / RMA and invoice discrepancies.
• Provide order confirmations, shipping and tracking updates to customers.
• Create and send defined customer reports regularly.
• Attend meetings with customers as required.
• Manage customer forecast communication internally and externally.
• Analyse shortages and take appropriate action.
• Create new customer price agreements.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Act as communication coordinator from the Service Centre towards assigned customers.
• Manage both EDI and manual customer order entry.
• Manage customer backlog: confirmation, reschedule, cancellation, reconciliation and resolve discrepancies with outgoing deliveries. Including communication with the customer.
• Communicate with Asset and Supply Chain Planner and with the customers on a daily basis regarding the supply situation.
• Manage compliance with export rules for controlled products, including preparation of export licenses.
• Be accountable for delivery to the customers and resolution of shipping and price discrepancies.
• Manage customer returns / RMA and invoice discrepancies.
• Communicate with the customers regarding order confirmation, shipping and tracking information.
• Create and send out defined reports to the customers on a regular basis.
• Occasionally participate to meetings with customers as required.
• Manage customer forecast communication both internally and externally.
• Analyse, escape and take appropriate action on Shortages.
• Create new customer price agreements.

What We Are Looking For:

• Typically requires a 4-year degree
• 3-5 years of experience in electronic and/or manufacturing industry.
• Desirable verifiable experience in project management.
• Proven experience with ERP systems such as Oracle and/or SAP.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate: $23,983.33 - $28,772.67 MXN Monthly Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
