Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Patient Scheduling Representative to help patients schedule preventive and follow-up healthcare appointments.

You will make outbound calls, educate patients on the importance of routine care, and document every interaction while meeting KPIs in a remote, contractor role with weekly USD payments.

Work from home anywhere in Mexico with a 40-hour workweek, paid training, and ongoing growth opportunities within a growing healthcare support program.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Experience with appointment scheduling, outbound calling, or healthcare support.
• Able to work remotely with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Make 125+ outbound calls per day.
• Schedule preventative and follow-up healthcare appointments.

In this role, you'll proactively contact patients to schedule important preventative and follow-up healthcare appointments. Every conversation you have helps someone take the next step toward better health.

This is a permanent independent contractor opportunity with weekly USD payments and long-term growth potential.

Hours of Operation

Monday to Thursday:

• 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST

Friday:

• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Schedules will fall within these operating hours.
