Qualifications

• Fluent spoken and written English for US families.
• Experience in phone-based work: appointment setting or customer service.
• Ability to learn new software and track details accurately.

Responsibilities

• Call former Huntington Learning Center families to invite them to a free evaluation.
• Send follow-up texts and emails using templates.
• Log calls and outcomes in the tracking system (Airtable).
• Book evaluations on the calendar and notify the team.
• Assist with light admin tasks as needed.
• Grow into handling new leads from Facebook ads and website.
