Henkel Mexico is seeking a leader to head the technical service team, coordinating with the application center, analytical group and PD to deliver value through technical expertise for adhesives processes. You will oversee projects, drive customer demonstrations, and develop value propositions.
You will manage KPI results, train Henkel staff, support key accounts locally and for global accounts, and pursue innovative solutions while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
Formación
- Experience leading technical service teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to drive value propositions and customer training.
Responsabilidades
- Lead the technical service team.
- Drive product recommendations, demonstrations, and troubleshooting for customers.
- Develop value propositions and drive KPI results.
- Provide high-level support for Key Accounts at MX and global level.
- Collaborate with application equipment teams and R&D for innovative solutions.
- Manage training programs for Henkel staff and customers.
- Coordinate with regional Sales, Marketing, PD, Product Management, and BD on Technical Service direction.
