Henkel Mexico ACM Application Engineering team seeks a proactive engineer to support customers across a designated region with technical expertise and innovative solutions.

You will drive opportunities, coordinate testing, provide on-site and virtual technical support, organize training programs, and collaborate with Sales to expand key accounts while contributing to product launches and sustainable value propositions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (chemistry, mechanical eng, or materials science) required.
• Minimum 2 years in application engineering, technical service, product development, manufacturing or related technical role.
• Experience with adhesives, industrial applications or manufacturing processes preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Drive application engineering opportunities and growth within the territory.
• Provide technical support to retain and expand existing business.
• Coordinate test plans, analyze results, and prepare technical reports.
• Support CRM projects and ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Deliver technical training programs for customers, distributors, and sales teams.
