Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field relevant to electronics.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in electronic applications, adhesives, coatings, or related tech.
• Strong background in electronics and materials, at component level.
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as Application Engineering, Technical Service, or Product Development.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into practical customer solutions.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in cross-functional and global environments.
• Business-minded with focus on execution and customer value.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary technical expert for electronic applications involving adhesives and related technologies.
• Translate customer needs and market trends into product requirements and roadmaps.
• Recommend products and solutions to address customer challenges and drive growth.
• Conduct technical customer visits, audits, demos, evaluations, and troubleshooting.
• Support manufacturing/assembly process optimization for adhesives.
• Deliver customized application support, product evaluations, and demos.
• Collaborate with Sales, BD, Marketing, Product Development, and Innovation teams.
• Coordinate lab activities and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Provide technical training and coaching to customers, distributors, and teams.
• Support quality investigations and customer claims with internal teams.
