Henkel is seeking a Principal Application Engineer – Electronics to serve as the technical expert for adhesives, coatings, bonding, and gasketing solutions. You will translate customer needs into product recommendations and support new business development with advanced application engineering.

Collaboration with Sales, Product Development, Innovation, Marketing, and Service teams will enable delivery of technical expertise, trainings, and value-driven solutions across regions and customer

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• 10+ years in electronic applications, adhesives, coatings, or related tech.
• Strong electronics/Materials background.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary technical expert for electronics applications.
• Translate customer needs into product requirements and roadmaps.
• Recommend products and application solutions for customer value.
• Conduct technical visits, meetings, audits, and demonstrations.
• Support implementation and optimization of adhesive-related processes.
• Deliver technical training and demonstrations for customers and teams.
• Coordinate lab activities and communicate findings with stakeholders.
• Drive customer engagement through onsite and remote support.
• Share best practices across regions and business units.
• Support strategic projects and growth initiatives.
