Henkel Mexicana is seeking a Principal Application Engineer - Electronics to be the technical expert for electronic applications in adhesives, coatings, bonding, and gasketing solutions. You will bridge customer needs, technology trends, and internal innovation to propose product and application strategies.
You will collaborate with customers, sales, product development, and marketing to deliver advanced application engineering, enable new business development, and drive customer success through
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years supporting electronic applications, adhesives, coatings or related tech.
- Strong background in electronics at component level and related materials.
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Application Engineering or Technical Service.
Responsabilidades
- Act as the primary technical expert for electronic applications with adhesives, coatings and gasketing.
- Translate customer needs and trends into product requirements and roadmap recommendations.
- Recommend value-adding products and application solutions.
- Conduct technical visits, meetings, audits, demonstrations and troubleshooting.
- Support manufacturing and assembly processes related to adhesives.
