Henkel in Mexico leads a technical service team, delivering advanced support to key accounts and collaborating with application centers, analytics, and PD to provide innovative adhesive solutions.

You will manage training, drive demonstrations, optimize value propositions, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements across projects.

Formación

• Analytical, mechanical, organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Selling/Negotiation and Business/Industry acumen.
• Leverages Digital Tools including CRM and office suite; Power BI is a plus.
• English and Spanish communication preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical service team.
• Drive product recommendations, new product demonstrations, troubleshooting, customer assistance.
• Develop value propositions for customers.
• Provide high-level support for Key Accounts at MX and global level.
• Collaborate with application equipment and technology development for innovative solutions.
• Manage TCS workflow and KPI reporting to meet needs.
• Lead technical training for Henkel teams and develop new training materials.
• Train customers through academies, webinars, on-site, Henkel facilities, and white papers.
• Drive packaging and labeling project success.
• Set Technical Service direction with regional leads in Sales, Marketing, PD, Product Management, BD.
• Monitor KPI results and foster innovation and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop direct reports through training and coaching.

About this Position

Plays a lead role managing the team, delivering technical service capabilities, demonstrating strong value through our technical expertise coordinating efforts from application center, analytical group and PD team, as well as other internal areas

What You´ll Do

• Lead the technical service team
• Team Success in product recommendations, new product demonstrations, troubleshooting, customer assistance
• Value proposition development
• High level support for Key Accounts at critical MX customers as well as global key accounts
• Works with application equipment and technology development to provide innovative solutions to enhance customer adhesive related processes
• Manages TCS workflow (including prioritization and reporting) to meet customer, internal and market needs expectations
• Responsible for the success of technical training of Henkel team members (Sales, TCS, Marketing, etc.) including development of new/modified training
• Responsible for customer technical training via appropriate formats: academies, webinars, at customer site, at Henkel facilities, white papers, etc.
• Drives success of both Packaging and labeling projects
• Drives Technical Service direction with regional Sales, Marketing, PD, Product Management leads and BD
• To manage KPI results and drives innovation and continuous improvement
• Facilitates expertise and personal skill development of direct reports through internal and external training, project opportunities, mentoring/coaching and any other relevant approaches
• Complies with all Henkel and regulatory requirements for safety, legal and environmental areas
