Commercial Vehicle Group in Saltillo (Mexico) seeks a dedicated Customer Service Representative for its Aftermarket team. You will support customers with inquiries about seating products, manage aftermarket orders, and strive for top-tier satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and experience in a similar role. You will collaborate across sales, logistics, and technical support to ensure accurate orders and positive, lasting relationships.

Formación

• 3+ years in a customer service role, ideally in manufacturing or automotive.
• Experience with aftermarket services is a plus.
• Proficient English; strong verbal and written communication.
• CRM and MS Office proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Process and manage aftermarket orders, tracking and follow-up.
• Resolve customer complaints with internal teams to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain CRM records of interactions, orders, and issues.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and technical support for smooth processing of requests.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Identify and suggest improvements to processes within the customer service function.
