Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for its Aftermarket team. This role supports customers with inquiries about seating products, manages aftermarket orders, and ensures satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and experience in a similar role. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office is expected, and a college degree is a plus.

Formación

• College degree in business, communications, or related field is a plus.
• 3+ years in a customer service role, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive industry.
• Proficient in English and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels with timely, accurate information.
• Process and manage aftermarket orders; entry, tracking, and follow-up for on-time delivery.
• Handle customer complaints and issues; collaborate with internal teams to resolve problems.
• Maintain deep knowledge of seating products and aftermarket offerings to provide expert advice.
• Document customer interactions, orders, and issues in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and technical support teams for smooth processing.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
• Identify areas for process improvement within the customer service function.
