Commercial Vehicle Group in Saltillo, Mexico is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for our Aftermarket team to support customers, manage aftermarket orders, and ensure satisfaction with our seating products.

You will respond to inquiries by phone and email, maintain CRM records, coordinate with sales, logistics and technical support, and strive to build long-term relationships with customers while identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Formación

• College degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in manufacturing or automotive industry.
• Experience with aftermarket services is a plus.
• English proficiency

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels with timely, accurate info.
• Process and manage aftermarket orders, including entry, tracking, and follow-up.
• Handle customer complaints and issues, coordinating with internal teams.
• Maintain deep knowledge of seating products and aftermarket offerings.
• Keep accurate records of interactions, orders, and issues in CRM.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and technical support for smooth processing.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term satisfaction.
• Identify areas for process improvement within customer service.
