CVG Sprague Devices, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Aftermarket team in Saltillo. You will assist customers with inquiries about seating products, manage aftermarket orders, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Strong communication and a customer-first attitude are essential. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer service, experience in manufacturing or automotive sectors, and proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Experience in manufacturing or automotive industry is a plus.
• Proficient in English.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels with timely, accurate information.
• Process and manage aftermarket orders, including entry, tracking and follow-up for on-time delivery.
• Handle customer complaints and issues, coordinating with internal teams to resolve problems.
• Maintain deep knowledge of seating products and aftermarket offerings to provide expert guidance.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and issues in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics and technical support to ensure smooth aftermarket requests.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, focusing on long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
• Identify areas for process improvement within the customer service function and propose enhancements.
