Fuller Technologies is seeking a VRM Product Specialist in Monterrey, Mexico to lead technical proposals and engineering delivery for aftermarket and retrofit projects. You will design in SolidWorks/AutoCAD, review CPQ configurations, and collaborate across sales, service, procurement, and quality teams to drive value and reliability of grinding equipment.

You bring a mechanical engineering background, 3+ years heavy engineering experience, and strong communication skills.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in heavy engineering.
Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD; familiarity with CPQ tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Lead technical proposal preparation and execution of engineered parts for aftermarket and retrofit projects.
Create, review, and approve 3D and 2D drawings in SolidWorks and AutoCAD; perform mechanical calculations.
Build and review configuration programs in Tacton as CPQ and design automation expands.
Act as the key technical anchor for sales teams—support proposals, discussions, and site visits.
Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Quality teams to align on deliverables.
Drive value engineering and standardization across the VRM product line.
Support CPQ and design automation deployments as they roll out.
